Bulk Order Customers
When you open your account with us, our customer service team will work with you to find the best delivery days we can offer you – this will depend on your requirements and on our operations schedule. Once this is established, you will be able to place an order one day and have it delivered on your next available delivery slot as per your previously agreed schedule.
If you need to change your delivery day, you can contact our friendly customer service team and they will do their best to sort it out for you.
All of our delivery vehicles are multi-temperature, meaning we can deliver Frozen, Chilled and Ambient product on one delivery.
Online Orders Delivery Information
Our warehouse is fully equipped to send out orders as fast as possible. This allows us to deliver to most of the UK within a few days. If you choose our standard delivery at checkout, our super-smart systems automatically pick the best courier for your order & shipping address without costing you any extra or risk confusing things with too many options.
If you want your order to arrive faster, you can choose to upgrade to our next working day delivery. As long as you place your order before 4pm on any working day, your order will be dispatched that same day on a next day service with our premium courier. Our courier will then be in touch with a rough ETA so you know when to expect delivery. If you miss our 4pm cut-off, don’t worry! You will still receive your order at a faster rate as we will dispatch your order as a priority the next day and still use a 24-hour delivery service.
